Annual Campaign Your contribution to the Norman Public School Foundation's annual fund drive helps build a better future for the Norman community, its students, and its future leaders. From fundamental basics to the most innovative instructional approaches, the generous support of individuals and businesses in the community provides educational tools not otherwise possible. At present, the Foundation can fund only about one-third of all grants requested. Grants are funded from interest on the endowment. It is our goal to continue to increase the endowment so more grants will be awarded to further enrich the classroom experience.
